What is this person't claim to fame? The LEAD section should articulate why the subject of the article is notable, preferably with the primary claim to fame being identified in the LEAD SENTENCE and the introductory paragraph providing a summary of the article. The lead sentence effectively says that "Prado" claim to fame is because he "was a murderer who was executed by guillotine." How and why does this make him notable and what distinguishes this execution from any other French execution of those times? After reading the beginning paragraph of an article the reader should know enough about the subject to decide to read on or not. With this article I say, so what?
