Hi, This is a follow up from October. I believe that I cleaned the page. I removed what I would consider promotional items such as awards and board affiliations. I also added categories to the page. What else needs to cleaned? Monique Waddell (talk) 14:35, 2 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi,
I think of cleaned the page by removing content that may have been perceived as promotional such as the awards, board affiliations etc. I also added categories to the page. How else should I clean this page? Thanks in advance for your guidance. Looking through other academic pages, it seems consistent.
These are examples that I looked at:
Ángel Cabrera (academic) - Wikipedia
Raheem Beyah - Wikipedia
Julie Shah - Wikipedia Monique Waddell (talk) 21:01, 16 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Monique Waddell (talk) 20:28, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Clean Page-Promotional Material and Paid Contributions note at the top of the page needs to be removed.

  • It is recommended that, as a courtesy, you first try asking the editors who assigned those templates — in this case Glane23 and Ldm1954 — in order to find out from them if they can be removed. Since they placed those templates, they are in the best position to know whether or not the issues which caused their placements have been corrected. You may contact them directly by placing new messages on their talk pages.
  • In the unlikely event that you do not hear back from them after a reasonable amount of time, please reopen this request by altering the {{Edit COI}} template's answer parameter to read from |ans=y to |ans=n.

Thank you! Regards,  Spintendo  11:41, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
