[edit]I noticed the pictures for the Navy Marksmanship Ribbon have green stripes on a purple-ish background. My older brother was awarded this ribbon, yet his ribbon has dark purple stripes with a black background. Are these pictures out of date, or was he awarded a different ribbon?

Merge from Distinguished Marksmanship Ribbon
[edit]I have merged the Distinguished Marksmanship Ribbon article here. The short article had only two cites, one of which failed verification and the other of which was vague and first-party in any case. Given a total lack of significant, independent coverage, I concluded it was not notable, and in any the topic is better served in this (also quite short) article. Hemmers (talk) 12:14, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
