Requested move 13 June 2017
[edit]Keyboard layout/chart → List of Latin-script keyboard layouts – It's a list and the layouts are restricted to the Latin script 78.55.120.74 (talk) 00:35, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:51, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- JCUKEN is Cyrillic, so recommend leaving out "Latin-script". Station1 (talk) 02:40, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- JCUKEN in the table refers to the Latin layout. Page intro explicitly says "This is a chart of alternative keyboard layouts for typing Latin characters" 77.180.202.125 (talk) 09:09, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- @78.55.120.74 and Station1: queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:51, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- Done as requested. I did not contest the move, but only suggested a modification. Although the page needed to be moved, the problem was that there was a mis-link to JCUKEN, a Cyrillic keyboard. I removed the link and moved the page. Station1 (talk) 17:39, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
OS Support
[edit]Do you(the community) think it would be a good idea to include which keyboard layouts are supported by operating systems natively i.e. without extra programs?Karmanyaahm (talk) 07:25, 18 June 2019 (UTC)
