134.214.160.44 (talk) 13:21, 17 November 2013 (UTC) In the introductory paragraph, the final line "Sharma has a high arm delivery action and mainly uses it to hand the game to the opposition at the end" is clearly and an opinion and doesn't meet the guidelines required in wikipedia. The second half of this line is best removed.

In the final column of his international five-wicket hauls, India won the Test match at the Sinhalese Sports Club ground. But, there is a blank space next to his bowling figures of 5-54. Here is the source: http://www.espncricinfo.com/sri-lanka-v-india-2015/engine/match/895777.html
Please add WON to that column and rectify the space.

Semi-protected edit resquest on 25 November 2022 : Height change
[edit]This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request. |
There seems to be a slight exaggeration in his height, he's 6'4 and not 6'5.
The 6'4 comes from his CricInfo profile (most credible source in cricket), but also the sources quoted at the beginning here :
"(...)an Indian cricketer who has represented India in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He is a 6 ft 5 in tall[2][3][4](...)"
[2] is from ToI, which reads in the very first line : "Fitness is the new buzzword for Ishant Sharma. The 6'4" tall pacer [...]"
[3] is also from ToI, against very first line : "RANCHI: One stands at 6'7", the other at 6'4"; one is 23, the other 24 [...]"
[4] is from Telegraph India, first line again : "At 6’4’’, Ishant Sharma is the tallest player in the Indian side."
So credible sources such as CricInfo, ToI & Telegraph India put 6'4.
Only a non-credible source gives 6'5.
So I guess every ref from 6'5 should be changed to 6'4.
Thanks.
