Delete or merge?

Weak sourcing?

Subject has received significant profiles in NYT and elsewhere. Sourcing could be enhanced with more citations, but I think notability is apparent. Merge with David Oks would be acceptable, given their shared identity as "Gravel Teens." EWBlyden 85 (talk) 16:14, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Also, aside from minor edits on Hilary R. W. Johnson and Edward Wilmot Blyden, you have made edits entirely related to the Gravel gang and their quest for self-aggrandizement. I'm sorry but "meme value" is your evidence? I often edit without an account, and you don't have any contribution history of which to speak. I made this account in June after I finished a research project on Blyden to add to his neglected Wiki page. I'm sorry that you don't believe that a student at Dartmouth College could be interested in 19th-century African electoral politics as well as contemporary American electoral politics. I can prove that if a real admin questions it, but I don't feel like giving my personal research out to a troll on Wikipedia. I've been following the Gravel gang because I'm *interested in politics* particularly left-liberal and pan-African politics, and I saw an opportunity to contribute substantively to the conversation about the 2020 Dem primaries and other young activists I find inspiring.
