Notability

He meets WP:CREATIVE #3 based on his involvement in the Year's Best Fantasy and Horror anthologies. These are well-known and regularly reviewed in genre publications (such as Locus). Referencing is a separate issue from notability. If its meets WP:NOTAB, then add the supporting references. Other wise removing it is just your opinion. The tag was specifically applied below WP:REFS so that the issue for WP:NOTAB is a lack of refs. Tag reapplied, if your proposition is correct, then add suitable refs to prove it.
