- Actually the exergy efficiency is always greater then the first law efficiency as the change in enthalpy of reaction is always greater then the change in Gibbs function. There's also a few definitions and statements in this article that are just plain wrong, I'll change them soon. Andrew.Ainsworth 20:15, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Page update
[edit]Much of the info on the page seemed confused and in places incorrect, I've redone most of the page and used different examples. I'll be making more edits soon and try to include more concrete examples and some graphics. Also the last section about maximum power doesn't seem to fit in my opinion. I don't really see a link between rational efficiency and maximum power principle, perhaps someone could clarify this section or include an example to justify its inclusion?
