Dublin
[edit]I don't think Dublin should be in the 'United Kingdom' section, surely there should be a Rep. of Ireland sub heading? 2.28.54.99 (talk) 10:40, 15 July 2015 (UTC)
I think it reads very weird, its currently 'Great Britain and Ireland' which is a purely geographic term nowadays but another heading is United States which is purely name of state, meshes poorly to me. ProfPixels (talk) 18:50, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
high schools, but high schools as well
[edit]not only those two - almost all high school too —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.61.58.183 (talk) 12:50, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
US High schools? What?
[edit]Many junior high schools and high schools have a teacher or administrator referred to as a dean who is in charge of student discipline and to some degree administrative services. In large schools there may be a dean of men or boys, and a dean of women or girls, or each year (freshman, sophomore, etc.) may have a dean. Although most high schools are led by a principal or headmaster, a few (particularly private preparatory schools) refer to their chief authority as a dean.
- I have never heard of this concept before in my life. Only for colleges.--Metallurgist (talk) 00:50, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
