[edit]Innovative? I'd dispute the NPOV on this article. PVR is hardly innovative. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.25.255.250 (talk • contribs)
- I agree. I added the example of TiVo which is probably the most innovative DVR available. ► Adriaan90 ( Talk ♥ Contribs ) ♪♫ 13:58, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
Dstv is a rip-off, but we don't have a choice with ICASA bullying any competitor like free2view and alike. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.242.96.233 (talk) 08:26, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

Jetix addition
[edit]I don't know why Jetix was added, unless the person who added knows something I don't. Jetix is no more, and has been changed to Disney XD. To add to that Disney XD was thought to be start airing last year, but if you read this http://forum.dstv.com/showthread.php?t=4485, you'll see it's not likely.
I'll remove the Jetix addition unless reason is given so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TitaniumRain (talk • contribs) 17:06, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
History 2013
[edit]"Multichoice for the first time in it's near 25 year history adds a FOX channel in the form of Fox Entertainment." National Geographic Channel (added very early on) and NatGeo Wild (added in 2009) are both fox owned channels so this statment is factually incorrect. I have thus edited it appropriatly — Preceding unsigned comment added by DSBennie (talk • contribs) 13:47, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
Channel numbers
[edit]Following a number of AfD discussions, such as Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of channels on Sky and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/3rd bundle of channel lineups, all lists of channels for individual service providers were deleted. They violate WP:NOTDIR – Wikipedia is not a directory. User:Matthew691 has been readding these channels, without regard to policy and ignoring edit summaries. Please do not readd them. Thanks. -- Wikipedical (talk) 21:55, 9 July 2013 (UTC)

DStv premium
[edit]You might want to consider adding Showmax and YouTube as part of what is offered on DStv premium. Wyatt Tyrone Smith (talk) 16:43, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
- Added Showmax to the article, but you can get YouTube on a toaster this point. Put that under a broad 'third-party services' umbrella. Nate • (chatter) 20:29, 30 April 2021 (UTC)
