As to the material being copied from another article: Yes. I have reworded the opener, but the "History" section below it has not been reworded as yet, and is copied from a government page. I will reword for originality a bit each day until it is our own. Right now, I just wanted to get the page started. There won't be any copyright issues until then, since this is "Government page website rhetoric".`Pocketthis (talk) 18:02, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What government page is that, Pocketthis? The content appears to be copied from www.allgov.com, which is not a government site, and which has a Terms and Conditions page which reads in toto "Comming Soon…" [sic].
