Montauban-de-Bretagne (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃tobɑ̃ bʁətaɲ], literally Montauban of Brittany; Breton: Menezalban, Gallo: Montauban) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France. On 1 January 2019, the former commune Saint-M'Hervon was merged into Montauban-de-Bretagne.[3] The writer Jean Sulivan (1913–1980) was born in Montauban.

Previously known as Montauban, the name was changed to Montauban-de-Bretagne in 1995.[4]
