Monsieur le Président,

Désireux de maintenir et de développer davantage les bonnes relations qui existent si heureusement entre la République Fédérative Tchèque et Slovaque et la République de Lituanie, j'ai décidé d'accréditer auprès de Votre Excellence Monsieur Juraj NEMES en qualité d'Ambassadeur Extraordinaire et Plénipotentiaire.

Les qualités, les talents et les mérites de Monsieur Juraj NEMES me sont de sûrs garants du zêle qu'il mettra à s'acquitter de la haute mission qui lui incombe de manière à obtenir la confiance de Votre Excellence et à mériter par là-même mon approbation.

C'est dans cette conviction que je prie Votre Excellence de vouloir bien lui accorder un accueil bienveillant et d'ajouter foi et créance à toutes les communications qu'il Lui fera de ma part et au nom de la République Fédérative Tchèque et Slovaque, surtout lorsqu'il exprimera les assurances de ma haute estime et les meilleurs voeux que je forme pour Son bonheur personnel et pour la prospérité de Son pays.

Herr Präsident,

Im Bestreben, die glücklicherweise bestehenden guten Beziehungen zwischen der Tschechischen und Slowakischen Föderativen Republik und der Republik Litauen aufrechtzuerhalten und weiter zu entwickeln, habe ich beschlossen, bei Ihnen, Exzellenz, Herrn Juraj NEMES als außerordentlichen und bevollmächtigten Botschafter zu beglaubigen.

Die Qualitäten, Talente und Verdienste von Herrn Juraj NEMES sind mir sichere Garanten des Eifers, den er an seine hohe Mission anlegen wird, die ihn verpflichtet, das Vertrauen Eurer Exzellenz zu erwerben, um dadurch meiner Einwilligung würdig zu sein.

In dieser Überzeugung bitte ich Sie, Exzellenz, ihm einen wohlwollenden Empfang zu bereiten und allen seinen Mitteilungen Glauben zu schenken, die er an meiner Stelle und im Namen der Tschechischen und Slowakischen Föderativen Republik machen wird, vor allem wenn er Ihnen meine Hochachtung und besten Wünsche versichert, die ich für Ihr persönliches Glück und für den Wohlstand Ihres Landes hege.
