Français : Jean-Baptiste de Martignac, Premier ministre de Charles X, portrait peint par Sophie Feytaud, style "Restauration Charles X". Seul portrait peint connu du vicomte de Martignac, la toile le représente assis, en tenue de député, tenant un ouvrage dans sa main gauche. Deux autres livres sont posés sur la table à ses côtés, dont un ouvrage de Bossuet. Le fauteuil d'époque Restauration est tendu d'un tissu rose foncé.
