The Image:Bolivian Pilot Wings.jpeg is being linked here; though the picture maybe originally copyright I Tony the Marine 18:16, 27 August 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1.The name and website of the author is included in the image description.

2.The photo is only being used for informational purposes.

3.It is my understanding that photographs (excluding those which are works of an artist) of an original Military decoration normally falls under PD.
