1232 (right) - 1242 (left) Dean Street between Nostrand and New York Avenues in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City are row houses built c.1889 (#1232-1238) and c.1890 (#1240-42) and were designed by William H. Burhans in the Queen Anne style. #1240-1242 are part of a group which also includes #1244-48. All the buildings are located in the Crown Heights North Historic District.
