Le Printemps Wikimedia UK and Partage Plus would like to invite you to an Art Nouveau editathon with Jeremy Morrison. The aim of the afternoon is to critique and improve Wikipedia articles relating to Art Nouveau. About the Event Date: 2-5pm, Wednesday 4th December 2013 Venue: Boardroom, Natural History Museum, Exhibition Road Entrance, London, SW7 5BD (South Kensington Tube station). Organisers Partage Plus is a program from the Collections Trust to improve public awareness of Art Nouveau. Wikimedia UK is the charity that promotes Wikipedia in the UK Jeremy Morrison is Senior Director of the 20th Century Decorative Art & Design Department at Christie’s Auction House. His expertise covers a long period of design, from c.1860 to the present day, of which Art Nouveau is an important period. His specialisms are in furniture and objects. Participants: Participation is open to anyone who is interested in Art Nouveau or improving Wikipedia. No Wiki editing experience is necessary, though experienced editors are very welcome; tutorials will be provided for Wikipedia newcomers. Can’t get to London? Virtual participation is welcome. You will need a laptop, but if you don't have one Wikimedia UK has some that can be booked at least one working day in advance.
