Apparently Emad Gad and former finance minister Hazem El-Beblawi were two more Egyptian Social Democratic Party members who resigned in protest. Also two other Free Egyptians Party politicians, as well as Ahmed Said: the former Capital Market Authority director Hani Serieddin and Basel Adel.[45]
