- History section starts from 1960 when it should start from 1893.
- There are a lot of red links in the player section.
- There is nothing about their Stadium(s), supporters, records and mangers/head coaches.
- Is there any other wikipedia articles that can be put under a "see also" section?
- A section about their main rival can be added.

- It began as an unencyclopedic essay on Man Utd's popularity due to TV as part of the Glory Hunter article. (old version). Some time after the split the article title was changed from Television and the commercialisation of football in England to English football on television (which I disagreed with). - The Heysel Stadium disaster is one of the biggest tragedies to ever hit football. I have attempted over many months to improve this article, but very often people write on the talk page apparently disgusted by the bias present in the article. I have asked for a peer review — but got no response. I have asked for help before. Perhaps this nomination will help get people to notice that this article could do with some attention. At the very least it'd be good for people to check the article for any perceived biases and report them on the talk page. However I am more looking for new editors to take over the article. I feel that I've taken it as far as I can. aLii 16:09, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

Probably currently the best football coach in the world: In his first 2 complete seasons as a manager, he won 2 Portuguese championships, 1 Portuguese Cup, a Champions League and a UEFA Cup with FC Porto. Then, two English Championships in two years. A very dividing and controversial figure: either you like him or hate him; called by some as an arrogant, by others as a genius. He deserves a better article. He's one of the main figures of the sport in the world.
