I'm not really sure this rises to the level of true sockpuppetry. He couldn't use his account (or didn't realize yet that he could edit his talk page when blocked) and made an unblock request. I don't see how that's editing abusively. Daniel Case (talk) 03:51, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
