Pretty obvious from this short contribution history, given this user's peculiar fascination with decorating his own user space, and he even linked the "userbox archive" to JordanBaumann1211's one. Examining contributions I can see that the odd edits to Video game content rating system and Mobile software content rating system: [5] at Video game content rating system. [6] at Mobile software content rating system.

Both edits were reverted ([7] and [8]) by me.

Looking at JordanBaumann1211's contribution history I can see that the two odd edits on the two articles is classic JordanBaumann1211. It is entirely possible that another editor could have a similar obsession, but what convinces me that this is JordanBaumann1211 avoiding his block again are those edits to user space: [9]. Unfortunately if it is Jordan then blocking him takes us into "whack a mole" territory. The only way to properly neutralize him is to semi-protect the articles he is targeting.

  • FURTHER INFORMATION: JB1213 has altered the display title font and the font shadowing and colour to his user talk page: [10]. I think this is fairly conclusive it is the same editor abusing the privilege of being permitted to edit with multiple accounts by intentionally creating the impression that the userboxes are shared among three (independent) editors. --Mali1702 Talk Contribs 10:05, 5 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • It's undoubtedly the same guy, since his userspace includes links to JordanBaumann's userboxes. The only issue is whether to leave the new account unblocked (since it hasn't engaged in talkpage disruption, inappropriate use of userspace or uploading copyright violations, the three things that got JB blocked). My inclination would be to treat the creation of the new account as a de facto block appeal and leave it unblocked provided there's no return to goofing around and no assumption of good faith if he resumes any disruption. ‑ Iridescent 09:24, 5 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Pretty obvious looking at the contributions, given this user's peculiar fascination with their own userspace and userboxes, and not making useful edits to the encyclopedia. The majority of their edits are to their own userspace. They have also both taken to "graphic-ising" the title of their user page and their user talk page, and the have almost solely remained in it. --Cocktail Mocktail (talk) 07:26, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

    • I remember noticing this account back when we first reported JordanBaumann1211, but I decided (tentatively) that the accounts were unrelated - despite the obvious graphic identity, this account dates to 2012, and it doesn't seem to have engaged in the same kind of disruption that JordanB had. Somewhere I remember saying, or deciding, that JordanB might simply have been aping this fellow's user page. I'd note too that prior CUs did not pick this one up.
