Delete - this is probably a survivor of the crash, but the article does not mention him and he does not appear to be notable - see "Gilbert Green" just below. JohnCD (talk) 10:38, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete Implausable redirect. --Nn123645 (talk) 16:31, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete Doesn't make any sense as a redirect, considering that Gilbert Green also fails WP:BLP1E. -Senseless!... says you, says me 18:01, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete as I support continuous work to remove Wikipedia or overly disambiguated redirects about victims of air accidents. Tavix (talk) 02:09, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

Delete.
- This is probably a surviving passenger of this flight, but there is no mention of his name in the target article.
- Also Green doesn't seem to be a notable person, since the only notable Gilbert Green I could find, an actor, died a year before the accident.
- Additionally all pages linking to the redirect refer to the actor, not the passenger.
- There is another redirect which is more appropriate: Gilbert Green (Delta Air Lines Flight 191), although this should probably be deleted as well due to reasons 1 and 2, and no articles linking to it.
- Finally this redirect is causing bots to erroneously add the french article on the actor to the interwiki of the accident article. --Ferengi (talk) 09:32, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. I have nominated the other redirect he mentions just above this. JohnCD (talk) 10:39, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Relisting from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cogido due to improper venue. Please refer to the comments in that discussion.
- Delete per Wikipedia is not a multi-lingual dictionary. Redirects from other languages are desirable when there is a natural connection between a particular topic and a particular language. For instance, Grundgesetz is an appropriate redirect to Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany. However, there is no natural connection between "taken" and the Spanish language translation of it. –Black Falcon (Talk) 02:51, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete - unlikely search; WP:NAD. JohnCD (talk) 09:53, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete - many users on wikipedia-en won't be familiar with this. Not common term (per JohnCD) — Ched ~ (yes?)/© 02:27, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- Delete per Black Falcon. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 06:26, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
The result of the discussion was Kept. -- JLaTondre (talk) 13:07, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
According to the Ethnologue, Lachirioag Zapotec has been merged with Yatee Zapotec. --58.178.143.220 (talk) 10:26, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- So keep if if it is a name used for one of the Zapotec languages --Rumping (talk) 00:12, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
- keep, even if the term/language identification has latterly fallen out of favour, there are still publs. out there that have used it in the past. Since the purpose of having redirects is to guide the reader to an article from some name variation they may have come across somewhere, no reason to delete this rdir.--cjllw ʘ TALK 01:22, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
