- Delete: the uploader is obviously not the copyright holder because this is a slavish copy of a 2D image but we don't know who holds the copyright. The subject was alive from 1922-2007, so even if the image was published, it is likely still in copyright but again without more information we should err on the side of caution. ww2censor (talk) 04:45, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Photo is tagged as PD-Russia 2008, which requires that it must have been taken before 1 January 1943, but the aircraft in question, the La-200, did not exist at that time, design only starting in 1948 and the aircraft not flying until 1949 Nigel Ish (talk) 23:08, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete, uploader has attempted multiple subsequent uploads from the same series, declared as non-free, so it's clear he is not acting on behalf of the copyright holder. Fut.Perf. ☼ 07:21, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- File deleted for improper license but I hold that this page should not be deleted because of Fair Use: Image is from the publicly accessible project photo gallery (http://photo.iamequalproject.org) and a free version can not be created due to logo and photographic trademarks held by Jason Beckett, Matt Spencer, and the I AM EQUAL Foundation. Images from the gallery have been freely used in newspapers, blogs, social media, and TV news reports across the US. I changed the license and added the appropriate non-free use template and rationale to the file. Steinway1701 (talk) 10:15, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- File has formally correct non-free tagging now, so this PUF issue is moot. However, I'm going to challenge its use under WP:NFCC#8, in a different venue. Fut.Perf. ☼ 14:15, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
