Delete See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Wirterss. He's also indef blocked on the Dutch Wikipedia for repeated cross-wiki attempts to spam Zhu Ming [1]. His IP socks have also pulled these shenanigans at WikiQuote where Zhu Ming (thinker) has been deleted (at least twice) and salted and at Commons. Delete created by blocked user. For the person himself, it seem it was only appeared with some book that he was directly involved. It can't pass the notability as an author if the books did not have book review article by notable newspaper or other media. Matthew_hk t c 01:50, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
