I feel that this admin is disregarding and acting in violation of some of WP's most important policies

What would you like to change about that?

Get somebody to explain to both of us how WP is supposed to work in such a case.

Yes, by email. I'd first like some advice because i feel that this admin treats me condescendingly and by skipping essential parts of my responses. Thanks for any help! Right now i'm very frustrated and have the feeling that a disruptive user has as much weight as all experts in a field and that this kind of disruptive behavior is condoned by this admin who doesn't bother to do more than superficially skim a detailed explanation of expert opinion and relevant WP policies.
