User:TouchatouMy e-mail address (in My preferences) is invalid because it includes "(at@)" instead of "@". It cannot be authenticated because I lost my password. For me, the best would be to receive a new password at my e-mail address! Feasible? Touchatou (talk) 22:34, 15 April 2012 (UTC). Problem solved. My e-mail is activated. Please try again. Sorry for the inconvenience. Touchatou (talk) 15:23, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Bronto - I'm in the second group (i.e. e-mail sent manually), but have not received anything (note that there are users in other wikipedias with the same username)
The bot does not follow links to other projects as it is not approved to operate on those projects; will send manually. — madman12:51, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
User:Spanglej email was enabled but received nothing. I have been having a few problems with the account in the past week. Please try again.
User:Blue Elf - My email address is working, but I haven't recieved anything.

Ok, I suppose anything that is free is worth waiting for. :-) I just put the link to my user page on no-wiki because that's where I am mostly active, and my user page on en-wiki is blank for the time being. Blue Elf (talk) 19:19, 16 April 2012 (UTC) DoneOcaasit | c21:35, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
User:Matthiasb – Email account was bouncing due to heavy spam during last days but should work now.
Bramfab - I don't know the reason, but I have not received anything , by the way now I changed my email address, if you are so kindly to resent. Thanks --Bramfab (talk) 10:45, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
User:Trident13 Hi! Just logged in, but not seen code or eMail from HighBeam. Wikipedia to eMail link is working (I know that, have a number of other eMails associated with messages on my TalkPage), but no code. Help! Thank You! Rgds, --Trident13 (talk) 13:41, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Now that you have this username, however, there should be nothing preventing you from setting and verifying your e-mail in Special:Preferences. It appears that this has not been done (obviously I can't see your preferences to verify this; I'm just repeating what MediaWiki has told me). — madman13:47, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, sorry. Too bad I can't read; I didn't notice the username in the list wasn't Kondi from the very beginning. Thanks for helping out, Ocaasi. — madman00:51, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Zigzig20s(talk·contribs·central auth·count·email) I am the 297th most active Wikipedian; I'd like to cite articles on Highbeam like I cite articles on JSTOR and other resources. I've noticed that it's a great resource to access journals I can't read at the moment, and it would greatly improve my editing. Thank you.Zigzig20s (talk) 09:14, 6 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

seraphimsystem(talk·contribs·central auth·count·email)I edit articles on medieval history and within the Christianity project - there are some peer-reviewed journals on Catholicism available through Highbeam that I can't access through JSTOR. Given the nature of the topic, I am having difficulty finding WP:RS for Catholicism and I think this resource will help me refimprove and verify citations in that area.Seraphimsystem (talk) 20:11, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Coin945(talk·contribs·central auth·count·email) I'm not sure if I need to renew, but I feel like I've had Highbeam for a while and I may be drawing to the end of my subscription. I mostly edit articles in the educational entertainment space on Wikipedia, like the popular Carmen Sandiego series. Highbeam has been an incredible help.--Coin945 (talk) 01:30, 3 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jim1138(talk·contribs·central auth·count·email) I primarily do RCP. I am often unable to verify references as I quickly go over my article count on numerous news sites. I also do some real editing on various articles in fringe, pseudoscience, science, and medicine. The lack of ability to get more than an abstract too often results in me terminating my editing. @Nikkimaria: I sent the renewal request email to Luis.Pedrazacengage.com. The response e-mail from HighBeam customer service said: Subject: "HighBeam Research Username Changed," message: "Your account settings were recently modified. Your login has been changed from <redacted> to expired.<redacted>." The old login ID is clear and the expired login is unchanged otherwise. • Gene93k (talk) 16:18, 24 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
