- The result of the discussion was: rename all. – Fayenatic London 21:23, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
- Propose renaming Category:Alliance '90/The Greens to Category:Alliance 90/The Greens
- Propose renaming Category:Alliance '90/The Greens politicians to Category:Alliance 90/The Greens politicians added April 6
- Propose renaming Category:Alliance '90/The Greens MEPs to Category:Alliance 90/The Greens MEPs added April 6
- Propose renaming Category:Alliance '90/The Greens politician stubs to Category:Alliance 90/The Greens politician stubs added April 6
- Nominator's rationale: In addition to the related subcategories, request renaming because the main article associated with the party was moved to a title without the apostrophe. Mélencron (talk) 21:43, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
- Rename. And also rename the corresponding subcategory Category:Alliance '90/The Greens politicians to be consistent. --Fadesga (talk) 13:45, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
- Comment I've added the subcategories to this nomination. Marcocapelle (talk) 05:41, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
- OK, there seems to be consensus for renaming several categories. Any admin there? --Fadesga (talk) 11:04, 20 April 2017 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was: merge to Category:Dominican Republic people of Jewish descent. The article makes no mention of the person being Ashkenazi, so it would not be appropriate to also merge to the other parent Ashkenazi Jews. I will nominate the sibling Category:Dominican Republic people of Sephardic-Jewish descent. – Fayenatic London 21:51, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
- Nominator's rationale: rename to align with other fooish-Jewish descent categories, where fooish refers to nationality, see grandchild categories of Category:People of Jewish descent by nationality. Marcocapelle (talk) 20:18, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
- REname (or merge) to Category:Dominican Republic people of Jewish descent. I doubt there were enough Jews to warrant a split between Ashkenazi and Sephadic Jews. In any event Ashkenazis are not necessarily of German extraction: they might be from anywhere in northern and eastern Europe. Peterkingiron (talk) 21:30, 2 April 2017 (UTC)
- Fair enough. Marcocapelle (talk) 17:21, 4 April 2017 (UTC)
- Support Peterkingiron's proposal. --167.58.6.70 (talk) 19:51, 4 April 2017 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was: keep (non-admin closure). Marcocapelle (talk) 05:43, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
- Propose merging Category:Topographers to Category:Surveyors
- Nominator's rationale: Largely common fields. Maybe could be renamed to Category:Topographers Surveyors.Vagrand (talk) 17:30, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
- Comment they are clearly related topics but I think there is sufficient distinction to keep them separate. There are certainly two separate articles - Topography and Surveying.Twiceuponatime (talk) 12:53, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose – These are two different jobs. – Jonesey95 (talk) 15:18, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. While these jobs are certainly related in some ways, they're fundamentally different things — a surveyor goes out and physically surveys the land, while a topographer sits in an office analyzing the results of the surveyor's work. Bearcat (talk) 21:52, 1 April 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose -- They are not the same. If they have to be merged the target should be Category:Topographic surveyors but that would be a subset of surveyors. There are also in UK Chartered Surveyors (mostly estate agents), building surveyors, quantity surveyors, etc. Peterkingiron (talk) 21:33, 2 April 2017 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was: soft delete. – Fayenatic London 10:00, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
- Nominator's rationale: The category apparently exists only to note the use of the template. That information is easily checked with "What links here" and does not need a category. – Jonesey95 (talk) 03:24, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
