Why this Supergirl variant/plotline deserves a dedicated entry? The article is just a pure plot summary, with no reception/significance, and references are all primary (comic books), except a single forum post... In other words, the coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline requirement nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) supplementary essay. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. I am not even sure what would be a good redirect target, and whether there is anything here that could be salvaged by merging; Supergirl#Matrix is entirely unreferenced and adding primary "references" from here there would be just a wiki window dressing... _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 09:34, 29 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to Supergirl#Matrix where she is already covered. The current article is nothing but plot summary (even the "Behind the Scenes" section doesn't actually provide any actual analysis, and is mostly WP:OR), and searches did not bring up much beyond plot summaries outside of brief mentions in discussions of Supergirl's overall history. To further confuse things, many sources (and this article itself) conflates the "Matrix" version with the Linda Danvers version, who has a separate article already. So, in short, this article is really specifically about the version of Supergirl that is simply the Matrix version before merging with Linda Danvers, which there does not appear to be enough coverage in reliable sources that a WP:SPLIT from the main article seems justified.
