Delete, unless some third-party sources can be found — preferably by someone other than Savithru Jayasinghe (talk · contribs), although if he wants to post links to sources on the article's talk page that's fine. Incidentally, I'm disappointed that until I came along nobody had even tried to explain WP:COI or WP:BK to this user.
