A single closed church building in Manhattan is hardly notable. Furthermore, a google search reveals that there are several St Jerome's Churches in Manhattan. I was unable to find any substantial secondary source coverage of this particular building, and do not see any reason for it to be included. It is possible that we may want to put the information into the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York article, but don't really see a reason to do so.
