The one reference cited describes him as a politician but I don't think that his role satisfies WP:NPOL. It is also not an independent source and hence unreliable. His tweet was quoted in a BBC article but that alone isn't enough to show notability. This already exists at Draft:Sh. Atif Maqbool so there is no point in draftifying this one a second time. Also worth noting that Sheikh Atif Maqbool is now salted so the creator has created this article under a different name in an attempt to game the system. If there is consensus to delete this article, I would strongly recommend adding WP:SALT to this title as well.
