Delete - The concept is vague and the specific examples can be clearly summarized in any article that needs to refer to them.   - While it's understandable that Marvel's Civil War arc would be at the centre of discussion, a couple of the above sources discuss the universe of Watchmen, The Incredibles, and TDKR [7] and the mutant registration acts and a 1980s FF run.
