Recreation of an article previously deleted by PROD. Concern was that he has Not made an appearance in a Fully Professional League so does not pass WP:Footy nor does he meet WP:GNG. Delete - Fails NFOOTY as has not played or managed senior international football nor played or managed in a fully professional league.
