Article was dePRODed back in 2006 when any football league that ever existed at any point anywhere was presumed to be notable regardless of the level of coverage received. General consensus now is that leagues below level 11 need to pass WP:GNG to have an article. My newspaper searches of "North Hertfordshire League" and "North Herts Football League" did not yield any significant coverage nor did the same searches attempted through search engines.
