  • Weak keep: Despite a lack of enthusiast for this kind of guy-with-a-job biography, I feel the two New York Times articles referenced in the article - one a profile, the other an interview - seem sufficient to demonstrate some biographical notability. Yeah I'd haver to agree with you AllyD on this one. Though he is just a real estate broker, the references on the page (like the New York Times) are reliable and prove he is notable. Meatsgains (talk) 00:26, 24 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
