Delete. I strongly suspect a WP:COI with the creating user, as he has only been editing about this subject (including his first draft). The need for reliable secondary coverage has also been explained to the user in the IRC help channel. I still can't detect any real improvement on that front and I don't think in this instance that it's down to a systematic bias or lack of English language sources.
