The result was speedy delete. This was submitted at AfC, was declined [1], and then the creator moved it to mainspace without even removing the AfC template. When combined with the fact that this perfectly fits the letter of WP:A7 (subset {{db-band}}), I'm going ahead and speedying this. The Bushranger One ping only 11:20, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
