Semi-advertorialized WP:BLP of a software engineer and entrepreneur, not properly referenced as passing our notability criteria for software engineers or entrepreneurs. As always, people are not automatically entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because they're technically verifiable as having jobs -- the notability test requires evidence of the significance of their work, not just verifying that their work exists. The strongest notability claim here is that a magazine in her hometown named her one of "30 rising local tech stars" in a local-interest listicle, which is not in and of itself a notability-clinching award -- and other than that listicle, three of the other four footnotes are primary sources that are not support for notability at all, such as the self-published website of her own company, a short blurb on the website of her own alma mater, and a Q&A interview in which she's answering questions in the first person on the website of an advocacy organization that isn't a media outlet. There is one footnote here that's genuinely solid coverage in a reliable source (Forbes), but a person needs a lot more than just one of those to clear WP:GNG. - Delete- Unless someone produces some more sourcing, I don't see how she is notable. A local magazine and a short human interest story in Forbes is not enough.--Rusf10 (talk) 03:26, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
WeakKeep Additional coverage added to the article that supports WP:BASIC notability: Bay State Banner (October 18, 2017) Making design inclusive, an in-depth feature focused on Ransom; The Root (March 17, 2017) The 10: These Black Women in Computer Science Are Changing the Face of Tech; The Boston Globe (April 5, 2021) Can Boston’s new ‘All Inclusive’ tourism campaign help change its racist image?. There is also a February 18, 2021 WBUR interview: Being Black In The Boston Business World, "Today, we speak with three Black professionals who are part of Boston's business community, and discuss their experiences working in this city, and working to diversify it racially, economically and otherwise," and some additional brief coverage from The Bay State Banner in 2017 with some biographical information.
