A tragic event sure, but not a notable one. Not the first child to discover drugs and die from them, nor the last. While yes it got a bit of national coverage, it was a flash in the pan tragic news story with no long reaching consequences outside of the immediate family. Can't seem to find any section in WP:BIO that would explain a notability that this would pass. Additionally, was created by a prolific sock-puppeter thought that is secondary to the notability issue. Delete - For what it's worth, I'm from the area and unfortunately I doubt many would recognise this from the victim's name alone anymore. Beyond the issue of notability, how much of the article would even be suitable to keep?
