Keep: This article was almost certainly created too soon, but with the circumstances of the subject being nominated and ultimately not being confirmed to different seats on the federal U.S. judiciary led to this nominee receiving the WP:SIGCOV to meet the WP:GNG. Sources on the article are good enough, but there is more out there as well, such as [[1]] and [[2]] User:Let'srun 00:55, 4 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
