WP:DICDEF; This topic header is too general and not likely to lead anywhere; nothing substantive in this article Ohc revolution of our times 21:50, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
- Keep and expand substantially. An important social/sociological and legal topic. 124.217.188.29 (talk) 08:49, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
- Keep I don't agree with the nominators rationale that the topic is "not likely to lead anywhere" or that it is doomed to be only a dictionary definition. Sources clearly show it passes GNG 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, this article needs to be expanded, not removed.★Trekker (talk) 14:28, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
- Keep per WP:SIGCOV and WP:BEFORE. It's literally a basic right enunciated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Bearian (talk) 17:13, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Comment, i see nominator's point that this could be too broad as written, as opposed to Trump administration family separation policy. Family separation can happen in so many contexts--for example in cases of child abuse, where separation is intended to be beneficial to the health of the child.--Milowent • hasspoken 19:13, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
