Someone at this IP is chronically editing Canadian commercial television pages to include Teletubbies, buried among other edits. That program was only seen on Canadian educational stations, not general broadcasters like CJMT-TV, Global, etc. which has continued after numerous repeated user talk page warnings were issued.
