About my recent edits of the Do not let Belgrade drown page
Hello, I would like to get some more feedback from you regarding my recent edits of the Do not let Belgrade drown page, revisions of my edits you, and other users did, and the message you left on my talk page. As you may know, I edited the Do not let Belgrade drown page by adding environmentalism and socialism (as the ideology of a faction in NDB) to the infobox, as the movement's ideology. These facts were based on your own previous contributions to the page, where you've added that: "NDB is a green party, it supports environmentalism, and it describes itself as a "green-left" organization. It also maintains a socialist faction. It is a member of the Progressive International." This is of course based on multiple sources that you provided. After I added environmentalism and socialism to the infobox, you did a revision, with an explanation that environmentalism is not an ideology, to which I replied that the environmentalism page itself describes it as "a broad philosophy, ideology, and social movement regarding concerns for environmental protection..." And, if for some reason you still don't consider it an ideology, why remove socialism (as the ideology of a faction in NDB) too? You then left me a message on my talk page saying my edits were disruptive and that they were not constructive. But I received no feedback from any of the users that reverted my edits, except this message that you left on my talk page. I am open for discussion and finding a consensus. I am also open to correcting my stance if I'm doing something wrong. So I would like to get some more feedback on this matter, please. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Liberty1012 (talk • contribs) 19:21, 25 March 2022 (UTC)

Ideologies
Per [1], I have seen no consensus to say pro-Europeanism or European federalism are not ideologies. Pro-Europeanism appears on a lot of Wikipedia pages and has done so for a long time without what I have seen as any objection to it by other editors. The latter, European federalism, appears on Ideological politics and again I've seen no other editors object to this. I think especially for pro-Europeanism a consensus should be reached before we begin removing it en masse from infoboxes, as this is going to take quite a lot of edits and removal from many pages and probably get into edit wars so we should discuss the matter before something so drastic. Helper201 (talk) 07:46, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- Hey @Helper201:, consensus whether "pro-Europeanism" should be included into infoboxes is non-existent, although I'm supportive of drafting a consensus regarding its inclusion/exclusion. Do you think that this should be done now, or should we let this be set in the future? Cheers, Vacant0 (talk) 18:44, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply, Vacant0. I'd say consensus should be formed before removing it from political party infoboxes. Sooner would be better but as long as it’s not removed from infoboxes before a consensus is formed, I don't think it really matters too much when. Helper201 (talk) 16:29, 9 April 2022 (UTC)

On your revert of the "The Left (Germany)" page
What are your objections to my edit? From what I have seen on your user page I am not surprised of you not liking it but I would like to hear why you take issue with the edit.
I added reliable sources pertaining to the issue after all.
Kind regards,
Locaf1985 (talk) 10:09, 1 May 2022 (UTC)
- Read the talk page, you were already reverted several times. If you want to include "far-left" in the infobox you would have to find actual sources that refer the party as "far-left", and after that start a RfC to gain consensus. Vacant0 (talk) 11:37, 1 May 2022 (UTC)
- The articles clearly cite, that they have Communists and Marxists in official groups and at the party leadership.
- What is not "far-left" about those ideologies?
- I do not like to cite the common sense article on Wikipedia, but some editors need to start using it and that is not even an insult at this point.
- I do this in my free time. Not going to spend ages arguing.
- What else can I say it this point. There is an obvious bias. It is a shame, in particular for readers. Locaf1985 (talk) 20:37, 1 May 2022 (UTC)

Stop editing Bob Katter!
Mate, you have no understanding of Bob Katter or his policies, your telling me that the man himself isn’t a reliable source for his own policies when you haven’t shown any sources for your opinion of his policies? The guy is a hard leftist, do your research. He might have socially conservative policies, but his economic policies are firmly left. ~ A fellow Serb. 159.196.233.152 (talk) 14:26, 1 July 2022 (UTC)
- You would need sources to back up the claim that KAP is "left-wing". Economic nationalism, which is sourced, promotes economic interventionism, a left-leaning ideology. You should also stop removing right-wing populism because it is backed up by sources in the text. If there is anything that you would want to add, please make sure it is sourced. question about brothers of italy
"but abandoned neo-fascism and post-fascism in 1995." must this sentence be included in the article, is it or is it not WP:UNDUE in the brothers of italy party? given that the party is still called neo-fascist and post-fascist by some Gooduserdude (talk) 15:52, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
- AN was not fascist, although including "
but abandoned neo-fascism and post-fascism in 1995.
" in FdI's article would give off a feeling that FdI isn't fascist either. It's definitely undue, contemporary sources had described FdI as neo-fascist and post-fascist. We could either remove this part, or add another sentence that would mention the fact that FdI has been labeled as neo-fascist and post-fascist by scholars and news articles. If you want to continue the discussion, I'd recommend to go over to FdI's talk page. How do you know that Estonian Center Party is not a center left party? Why do you remove from the article sentences with references? Do not do that. It is visible that you despise Estonian Center Party personally but I think wikipedia is not a place to express your personal views. The Center Party is the only center-left party in Estonia. The term "populism" is rather attributed to the center party with the aim of denigrating it but the opponents of the center party. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Capot90 (talk • contribs) 22:50, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
- I've pointed out that you should read the Ideology section, the Centre Party has been also described as centrist, centre-left, and left-wing. Stating that the party is solely centre-left in the lede is wrong, and it would be more accurate to use an ideological descriptor, such as populism, which is also accepted by reliable sources. There are three scholar sources that point out that the party is populist in the article. Vacant0 (talk) 22:56, 25 August 2022 (UTC)

Left Wing Economics and the KAP
I am genuinely curious. Do you believe the KAP is economically right wing, or are the sources provided not good enough for you? I’ve seen 4 people who have edited the page saying they have left wing economics, and sure, most didn’t provide sources. But the sources who call the party a right populist are completely biased and misunderstand the party completely. If you are so determined to rollback any edits calling him left wing economically, can you at least find your own source calling him left wing economically that is good enough to satisfy your self? 211.30.190.120 (talk) 12:35, 14 October 2022 (UTC)
- If you read closely, KAP supports "protectionism and economic nationalism, and a developmentalist vision towards the implementation of tariffs"– so no, KAP is not economically right-wing. This does not mean that you can add "left-wing" to the page though; reliable sources are needed to back up the "left-wing" claim, otherwise it would be original research. And in comparison with the "left-wing", "right-wing" is used as a descriptor by reliable sources. Regarding right-wing populism, The Conversation is listed as a reliable source and it "publishes articles from academics who are subject-matter experts", the author probably did not misunderstand the party completely while writing that article. As I've said on KAP's talk page, if you want to add left-wing to the page, find reliable sources that actually state that and back up that claim. Vacant0 (talk) 12:32, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
