Non-Free Content added to Wikipedia (January 2019)
editImages on wikipedia must be available under a free license (this is described in WP:IUP). The Wikipedia policy on images (WP:IUP, WP:IMGDD) add only images with explicit licensing information and a license that is considered free by wikipedia. The official photo of Preisdent Bolsonaro is released by Palácio do Planalto under CC-BY-ND, which DOES NOT ALLOW derivative works and is not acceptable by wikipedia. All copies and derivatives of it will eventually be deleted, re-adding may be considered vandalism. The color art you have taken form the blog [1] have no clear licensing info. They are also art drawings, which are not preferrable over the real photographs you have replaced in articles like List of Presidents of Brazil. In general, one should not add to wikipedia images found on the internet unless they have clear licensing information, or the author of the image provides a written licensing consent.
