Sockpuppetry case

edit

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pickbothmanlol6 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Abce2|AccessDenied 20:32, 21 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I only was making an edit to the article Life After People: The Series's timeline that was featured in the episode "Heavy Metal" and you already start the reverting. Not all edits I make are considered vandalism just because I for some reason picked an account name of some vandal.Dont give me the sockpuppet bullcrap in a reply if your going to deny this.

Decline reason:

I am indeed going to give you the 'sockpuppet bullcrap'; this request doesn't address the reason for your block, which is the abuse of multiple accounts. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 02:30, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Seems like a fair question: why'd you pick the same name as a prolific sockmaster? Seems like an unusual coincidence. – Luna Santin (talk) 00:11, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Here's a secret.I have a few accounts that are dormant but not blocked. Pickbothmanlol6 (talk) 14:06, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
One for constructive edits and the other for well you know. Pickbothmanlol6 (talk) 14:07, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
But take my word that I was trying to help you with the timeline on that article I mentioned. Pickbothmanlol6 (talk) 14:09, 22 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Hey Pickbothmanlol, the best solution is just to continue editing Wikipedia as an anonymous IP. Don't brag about who you are or anything. Surely there's some IP you can edit from, the admins can't control that. It's what I did, it works fine. Some people get so worked up about Wikipedia, want to save their accounts, want to catch sockpuppets, etc. Who cares? Just edit. This is an encyclopedia, not some drama game. See WP:DGAF. Happy editing. 71.113.25.147 (talk) 21:45, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
