Chyna

The "sleeping jawbreaker" that's listed on her Online World of Wrestling profile actually is the sleeper slam. Another incorrect name that popped up for the move is the "rear naked choke drop" and that was on Chyna's Wiki profile before my most recent edit to her article. In addition, she always used a release powerbomb / Jackkife Powerbomb as her finisher, not the typical powerbomb that ends in a direct pinfall. PCE (Talk)

Hey, I got Hard Justice done. Well I only have the aftermath and Reception sections left and they can take me about a minute or two. Also, the Last Man Standing match is long mainly because some cool and dangerous stuff happened in the match. Mainly around every pinfall. If you want, I'll cut it down to the last pinfall only. I need Help

I'm relatively new to wiki but feel I have alot to add to the community. I'm currently in dispute with another contributor on here and have tried to resolve it but not having much luck. It seems that he has an issue with a certain profile and no matter what i do to try and improve it he goes in and erases it. I've tried talking to him several times about it and asked his advice on what he would like, however everytime i make changes based on his suggestions he goes in and erases it immediately.

The proile page is for RJ Williams and it has been on wiki for a number of years and has several different contributions to it. i only made 1 minor edit a few months ago and i was going to it a few days ago to add a new fact and saw this user questioned the notabilty of the profile and altered several things on it.

When i asked why he was questioning the notability he first accused me of being associated with the profile in question---when i pointed out i had only made 1 minor edit and all my work was on other profiles he said he made a mistake and confused me with someone else. and the 2nd time i questioned something he went in and said he accidently put the wrong citation.

I dug a little deeper and he asked another admin to delete a user name associated with the bio and the admin was very reluctant but finally did. It's just very odd why he is so focused on this one wiki entry.

It seems to me that this user has a personal issue with the bio in question because he has gone in and deleted everything associated with it and this person's companies. At first i thought nothing of it but after taking time trying to make it better im really questionable of his initiatives. Just frustrating because i spent hours trying to improve it and he immediately erases it.

There are many details which i can share on why his behavior is suspicious but i know your time is valuable so i wont get into it here. Perhaps you could review all the postings on his talk page? i would love your advice on how to handle--at this point its not about my changes being added to the page i've given up on trying to make more---its about someone using wiki to try and disparage someone they may have a personal grief with.

Trivia

How about just hiding some of the trivia instead of deleting it? Some of it is interesting and notable enough to be mentioned in the prose. Hiding the trivia would be the same as deleting it, but would easily store the info until somebody expands the article. TJ Spyke 02:13, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Error in PW newsletter

Hi, I don't think you know me but I think I've found an error in the WP:PW newsletter. I'm just saying thing because, at the end of the newsletter, it says this:

I think it should've been this:

Montreal Screwjob comments removal

There's nothing wrong with my added comments to Montreal Screwjob, the sourced DVD's answer all concerns. The comments added offered neutral point of view, highlighting McMahon's sorroe at the event. So leave it alone.

Vince McMahon

Hello again,

Nothing is ever written on wikipedia that offers a completely impartial viewing, especially when it in involves a figure established in popular culture. You sound very much like a user who is more of a fan of Vince McMahon or the WWE than an illustrated user of the website. This is not a fansite where one only praises are accepted.

I remain consense that my contributions to the Montreal Screwjob paragraph have not biasedly taken sides with Hart or the fans, etc. I also remain adament that my contributions, most importantly, have given an emphasis on Vince McMahon's adaption from the commentator seat to an on-screen performer. One will always acknowledge nov 1997 was the main reason that he came to TV as a character. My DVD links acknowledge that whilst text sources from wikipedia's prefered websites are limited, the dvds answer all concerns and backup all sources. The Monday Night War DVD has The Bret Screwed Bret interview on it.

I will have to report you for unfair retraction of users posts if you're comments continue. As i said, there is nothing wrong, I will happily add more links when i get a chance but there is not anything that i have written that would offend anyone who strives for neutral POV.

Please respect the fact nothing has been violated here, by all means you are welcome to re-work my comments. I would certainly welcome a demonstrated paragraph more to you're liking.

I hope it does not come to either of us becoming blocked by wikipedia as i'm sure in saying we have the very best intentions for the website.

I tried to get the Against All Odds 09 article deleted but an admin declined it. Since these can only be for new or vastly expanded articles I figured I'd give you a little heads up that I've recently done a MAJOR expansion on Triplemanía and added Verano de Escandalo, Guerra de Titanes and Copa Antonio Peña in case you or anyone else have the time and desire to get a few DYK candidates off those pages. Userbox for GA reviews

The userbox {{User Good Articles reviewed}} has been updated so that it can now link to a page in your user subspace where you keep track of all your GA reviews, if you have such a page. This can be done by adding a | and then the name of your user subpage (or subsection of your regular user page) wherever you have the template called. For example, on my user page I am using

{{User Good Articles reviewed|6|User:Rjanag/GA reviews}}

which displays as

This user has reviewed 6 Good Article nominations on Wikipedia.

There is more information on how to do this at Template:User Good Articles reviewed.

Note: If you are not interested in doing this, you don't have to do anything; the template will still work for you exactly as it does now.
