Hey man, that IP who keeps adding the fan site and all that reception crap to Starship Troopers 3 is really starting to bug me. Do you know where I or you can request for anon protection on that page? –Victor talk 20:03, 11 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I actually updated the page right after you, which caused an edit conflict. I overwrote it because I had done some major cleanup (see here). Basically, I removed redlinks, cleaned up the reception section to have both negative/positive reviews and sourced the references correctly, alphabetized the categories, and then removed the fan site. As you said, it might mollify the anon, so I'll add it back in, for now. Thanks for the request! –Victor talk 20:08, 11 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thermoplan AG

edit

I added some references to Thermoplan AG which I think are enough to establish notability. I agree with the nominator that the article should be rewritten if it is kept. -- Eastmain (talk) 23:36, 22 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi Jason DUIUC! Thank you very much for your support in my RfA, which passed yesterday. I hope not to let you and the others down and use the tools for the benefit of the project. Cheers, Ynhockey (Talk) 19:56, 29 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Wikiproject Spam

edit

What they can do is add the url to the spam blacklist, that way future insertions will be autoreverted by a BOT and it will be impossible for anyone to add that URL to wikipedia at all. It doesn't matter what IP as it is a content based rather than editor based sanction. Mfield (talk) 08:01, 11 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
