Hi, I don't know if you are still here, but I would like to talk about some of the flags on this page. While I do not want to list them all right now, I will if you reply. I have some ideas for flags that may be better. So, please respond if you are still here. Because I admire this page, and I just want to help. Shikku27316 (talk) 04:10, 9 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, it's me again. I got the message you sent me, and, about e-mail... I don't really use e-mail, and I can't even remember how to log into mine. If it is okay, we can talk here, or if not, just say so. Before I go into what flags I'm thinking about, I'd like to know if you want me to write here or not. Also, if you are rather inactive on here, just tell me and I'll be okay with that. Shikku27316 (talk) 23:06, 14 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Possible date error

edit

Hi, I just wanted to notify you about a possible error on your wiki creation table. The date for the creation of the Chinese wiki (zh.wiki) is displayed as 2020-10-24. I think it should be 2002-10-24 instead. SymmetricalMegalomania (talk · contribs) 19:15, 14 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Flags of languages: Mirandese

edit

Hello, Hosmich. I am not aware of any Mirandese language flag. I also am not familiar with the name "Vale de Miranda". The usual name is "Terra de Miranda" (Portuguese) or "Tierra de Miranda" (Mirandese). Regards, Manuel de Sousa (talk) 23:16, 15 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

I was around.

I just wanted to tell you something. The Yi flag you used, well, the symbol on it doesn't have any real significance. It's in Nuosu script, and it means "skirt". Also, I replied to your email, but I don't know if it sent. Have fun. --Shikku27316 (talk) 13:12, 21 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Request for vectorization

edit

Hello, Hosmich, I saw your offer on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Heraldry and vexillology. I cannot resist your offer! I lack the technical skills required to make SVG files, and you seem to be just the person I have been searching for. Can you help us to make vectorized versions of files kongeflagg.png and some others which are needed as replacements for incorrect versions of Norwegian royal arms and flags? Roede (talk) 07:24, 13 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Good morning, Hosmich! I saw your answer of 31 July to Wilhelm Meis, in which you write that you have vectorized three out of four images and will upload them soon. I hope that these images are the royal coat of arms and the royal standards of Norway. In that case, I am very thankful, and I look forward to seeing your uploads and to use them in Wikipedia articles. If you have questions or need more information, I am ready to help you. Greetings from Roede (talk) 06:21, 3 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, Hosmich, for your assistance in making vectorized versions of the Norwegian royal banners. Excellent work! Greetings from Lars Roede (talk) 22:46, 28 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Very impressive!

edit

Hi there! I am writing to say I am very impressed with your flag collection. I have a small hobby of making up flags and such. Maps. Languages etc. I combine them all for fun on my website. Anyway, I just wanted to say I really enjoyed looking through all the cousins and siblings. :) Your efforts are appreciated. Cheers and good fortune to you. Greetings from sunny Miami, Florida. --Cjcaesar (talk) 03:47, 11 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Hosmich. I know that you love flags, languages and etc. What do you think about my File:Flag of Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachay-Cherkessia.svg? I created it for join participation of Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachay-Cherkessia in Turkvizyon Song Contest. ← Alex Great talkrus? 04:17, 7 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
