I'm afraid I don't understand your question. My first comment in the renaming debate specifically pointed to where the discussion on disambiguation should - and did - take place. My last comment specifically pointed out what the outcome of that discussion was. As such, in both cases I attemptyed to remove the topic of disambiguation from the CfD debate. The fact that other chose to discuss disambiguation at CfD rather than where the debate on renaming Hastings was actually taking place is not my fault. As it is, the general consensus at Hastings seems to have been to leave the article on the English town at that site (as I pointed out in my last comment at CfD), it should not in any way slow down the closure of the CfD debate. There has been no debate on the article-renaming since consensus was reached nearly two weeks ago. If anything, it should have speedied it up, since it is now clear that the preferred site of the category should be Category:People from Hastings rather than Category:People from Hastings, Easst Sussex. - Sorry, I did not make any reference to the timing, so I am not sure what you are referring to when you said "it was only 10 minutes after he had been blocked not 31 hours." Regardless, the best thing to do in a situation like that is just revert your warning. Adding an {{anonblock}} template is not appropriate because those instructions will not work; since I hard-blocked the IP, logging in will only result in that account being autoblocked. --Kralizec!
