Your actions

edit

I'm sorry to say I'm deeply confused by your actions, if you have no problem with the edit why are you reverting? Surely the common sense thing to do would to self revert so you can get on to proper editing instead of whatever point it is you're trying to prove now?Zenne (talk) 21:46, 10 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Aer Lingus Regional

edit

I understand that people dont see this a seperate devision but the fact is that Aer Lingus Regional from 28/03/10, is nothing to do with Aer Lingus just paying fee's for using the Aer Lingus brand it is a subsidry GIVE IT TIME!!! --Kavs8 (talk  · contribs) 18:55, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

As I have already said, it is a franchise agreement between Aer Arann and Aer Lingus. Not a separate airline. --Footyfanatic3000 (talk  · contribs) 19:54, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Apologies, I have now checked and found out that they actually are new routes, instead of one of Ryanair's promotional tricks. --Footyfanatic3000 (talk  · contribs) 16:00, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yes i suppose that's what everyone expects from Ryanair, i suppose in due corse they will make a PR stunt pulling out all together from Cork. --Kavs8 (talk  · contribs) 16:03, 02 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Lol sure of course they will! Like they practically did with Shannon :) --Footyfanatic3000 (talk  · contribs) 19:40, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ive heard their planning to keep the Cork-Alicante, Faro & Malaga services to a year-round basis operating from those bases thou, and their planning to re-enter talks with Shannon bargining Cork off each other like e.g. saying if you dont want these aircraft and new routes will move them to Cork but i people are saying also that they will keep the 2 ac at Cork - RYANAIR GUARANTEED not to like irish Airports! ha:) --Kavs8 (talk  · contribs) 23:06, 02 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Kavs8 (talk) 19:41, 25 April 2010 (UTC)==Thomson Airways== No all scheduled flights from Dublin & Shannon by Thomson are on the irish website for e.g. [1] thanks!!:)--Kavs8 (talk  · contribs) 15:34, 03 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Cork Airport

edit

Hi im just wondering how do semi-protect Cork Airport?Kavs8 (talk) 19:41, 25 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Only administrators can semi-protect articles. Seeing as neither of us are administrators we have to request a semi-protection. This can be done at WP:PADLOCK. We must give a reason why the article should be semi-protected (in this case, vandalism), and then they will decide whether to semi-protect it or not. --Footyfanatic3000 (talk  · contribs) 21:09, 25 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Okay i want to semi-protect do you want to notify an adminstrator?Kavs8 (talk) 21:29, 25 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yeah I would like to notify an administrator as I'm sick and tired of all the vandalism, but it's a bit late now so I'll do it tomorrow. Then we'll see what they say :) --Footyfanatic3000 (talk  · contribs) 23:20, 25 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Any update?Kavs8 (talk) 17:56, 27 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

British Isles

edit

Hi, which policy were you enforcing using TW in your latest edit on British Isles please? Thanks. Jamesinderbyshire (talk) 07:08, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

I've looked into this more and it appears that British Isles has 1RR Protection against reverts of reverts and you reverted in that way, also using TW which is not meant to be used for good-faith edit reverts. Can you please go back and remove your revert? Thanks for your help. Jamesinderbyshire (talk) 10:56, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Reviewer

edit

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. -FASTILY (TALK) 21:42, 16 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hey footieboy, you seem a very astute sort of person, can you tell the nonce who protected the sockpuppet page that I can't defend myself over there. Anyway, I think they'll let me off on this one occasion but I'd still like to make my case. SpongerJack (talk) 20:31, 10 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Liverpool F.C. wiki

edit

Hello, I am the lead sysop on the Liverpool F.C. wiki. It is a wiki dedicated solely to Liverpool F.C.. We aim to make the ultimate database for the club we all love. Since adopting the incredibly inactive wiki about a month ago we have greatly increased the article count and modernized it from it's previous state. The problem is there are not many active members on the site and we need more for the site to properly grow. It is well organized and on it's way to be a great site we just need more editors to expand. It is based on Wikia's network of wikis. Like Wikipedia it is free to use and the editing process is exactly the same. If you know how to edit Wikipedia you will know how to edit the Liverpool F.C. wiki. Now for the question you may be asking yourself. Why edit there? Wikipedia has articles on Liverpool. This is true. At the Liverpool wiki it is all about Liverpool. We allow editors to edit anything about Liverpool no matter how trivial. We allow edits on reserve and academy players, and even things as trivial as the fitness coaches for the year 2011. We also do not lock pages to registered users. That means if you have something to say about Steven Gerrard you can click edit and not view source and actually write something. I would love for you to come by and check the wiki out. Feel free to edit any page. Every time you click edit your ARE helping this wiki grow. Thanks for taking the time to read this! http://liverpoolfc.wikia.com/wiki/Liverpool_FC_Wiki --Coffeeclub213 (talk) 17:09, 14 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge

edit

Hi, at Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge we're striving to bring about 10,000 article improvements and creations for the UK and Ireland and inspire others to create more content. In order to achieve this we need diversity of content, in all parts of the UK and Ireland on all topics. Eventually a regional contest will be held for all parts of the British Isles, like they were for Wales and the Wedt Country. We currently have just over 1900 articles and need contributors! If you think you'd be interested in collaborating on this and helping reach the target quicker, please sign up and begin listing your entries there as soon as possible! Thanks.♦ --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 13:41, 28 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
